Products
The product page describes each programme or collection, its contents and price. Products are supplied as physical DVDs. Please check the stated DVD format and player compatibility before ordering, and contact us if you need help. Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Placing and accepting an order
Choose your DVDs, review your basket and quantities, enter your contact and delivery details, then check the total before submitting payment. You can correct errors before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you discover an error afterwards. Ordering and these terms are available in English.
Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order. This creates the contract for the goods identified in that confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We do not charge VAT because we are not VAT registered. Delivery charges and the total payable are displayed at checkout before you pay. You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Enter any discount code before completing your order. The offer's stated conditions apply. International import charges may be payable separately, as explained in our shipping policy.
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £5.50 per order in the United Kingdom and £15 per order internationally. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days. Royal Mail delivery is estimated from 7 working days after dispatch in the UK and can take up to 28 working days after dispatch internationally.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Transit estimates are additional to dispatch time. See our shipping policy for delivery arrangements and how to report a delayed or missing parcel.
Cancelling and returning an order
You may notify us that you wish to cancel an online order without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. For an order delivered in parts, this period starts after the final item arrives. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
If a DVD was supplied sealed and you unseal it after delivery, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to that DVD. This exception does not apply to DVDs supplied without a seal and does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. For a valid cancellation of the entire order, we refund the goods and standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a premium delivery option, only the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option is refundable.
We make cancellation refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For an order not dispatched, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Refunds go to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
See our refund policy for the return process. You can cancel by a clear email, telephone call or letter. The form below is optional.

Faulty goods and complaints
Contact us if your DVD is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We will provide the remedies to which you are entitled under applicable consumer law and cover reasonable return postage costs. Opening a DVD to discover a fault does not remove these rights.
Please contact us using the details above if you have a complaint. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or mandatory protections that apply in your country. The version of these terms agreed when you place an order applies to that order.
