Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your Country Ways DVDs. If you need to return an order or there is a problem with a disc, please contact us and we will help.

Changing your mind

You may cancel an online order without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, this period starts after the final item arrives. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

How to arrange a return

Email sales@whichwaymedia.com or call 0800 088 6475. Please include your name, order number or other proof of purchase, and the item you wish to return. If there is a fault, a brief description will help us resolve it.

Contact us for the appropriate return address and instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise a valid cancellation right, and waiting for a reply does not change the date you notified us. Please package discs and cases securely and retain proof of posting.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of sending the goods back. For goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods. We however will not refund the delivery charges. 

We will make your cancellation refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If the order has not been dispatched, we will refund it within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect DVDs

Please contact us if your DVD does not play correctly, arrives damaged, is the wrong item or is not as described. We will provide the refund, repair or replacement to which you are entitled under applicable consumer law. Opening a DVD to discover a fault does not remove those rights, and the change-of-mind time limits above do not limit them.
